We offer a free quotation where we survey, design and advise you on the best options for your property, and every system we install comes with full after-sales service: next day attendance on all breakdowns within the guarantee period and the first annual service free of charge.
To give your boiler its optimum life span it should be serviced every year. Servicing keeps it safe and efficient, which saves you money on your gas or oil bills. After the first service we keep your details on file and remind you each year when it is due. A standard boiler service is £70.
A 24 hour breakdown service, 365 days a year. Once we have diagnosed the problem we give you the cost of the repair, and we aim to fix it on the first visit. If that is not possible we keep you fully informed about when we will return.
Annual inspections to make sure all gas equipment in your let property is working correctly, with a Gas Safety Record (CP12) issued by our Gas Safe registered engineers.
Alongside heating, our engineers handle plumbing work including the electrical side, so one team can look after the whole system.
Air source heat pumps, biomass boilers, solar thermal and hybrid systems, with independent advice on what suits your home and MCS certified products.
Bronze, Silver and Gold maintenance agreements covering your boiler, your heating system and your plumbing, with a free annual service and unlimited call outs.
Servicing, safety checks, response work and installation programmes for housing associations, estate agents and private landlords across Devon and Cornwall.
